CALL TO ORDER OF SPECIAL MEETING

Vice Mayor Crozier called the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m.

RECESS SPECIAL MEETING AND RECONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION

A MOTION was made by Councilmember Skousen, seconded by Councilmember Krueger, to recess the Special Meeting to reconvene in Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03, A-1 to interview and discuss the possible appointment of Stuart Preston to the Arts Advisory Board and Anthony Panepinto and Rodney Taylor to the Town of Gilbert, Arizona Self-Insured Trust Fund for Health Insurance Benefits. Motion carried 5-0.

ADJOURN EXECUTIVE SESSION AND CONVENE SPECIAL MEETING

Vice Mayor Crozier reconvened the Special Meeting at 6:51 p.m.

A MOTION was made by Councilmember Krueger, seconded by Councilmember Presmyk, to adjourn. Motion carried 5-0.

Vice Mayor Crozier adjourned the meeting at 6:51 p.m.
