MINUTES OF THE GILBERT COUNCIL SUBCOMMITTEE ON BOARD AND COMMISSION APPLICATION SCREENING, INTERVIEW, AND SELECTION IN SPECIAL MEETING

COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Berman, Vice Mayor Presmyk, Councilmembers Krueger, Morrison, Skousen and Urie

COUNCIL ABSENT: Crozier

CALL TO ORDER OF SPECIAL MEETING

Vice Mayor Presmyk called the meeting to order at 6:18 p.m.

RECESS SPECIAL MEETING AND RECONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION

A MOTION was made by Councilmember Urie, seconded by Councilmember Skousen, to recess the Special Meeting to reconvene in Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03, A-1 to interview and discuss the possible appointment of Cindy Barnes Pharr, Ph.D.; James Bilas; and Von Payne to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.

Motion carried 6-0.

ADJOURN EXECUTIVE SESSION AND CONVENE SPECIAL MEETING

A MOTION was made by Councilmember Krueger, seconded by Councilmember Morrison, to adjourn the Executive Session and reconvene the Special Meeting. Motion carried 6-0.

Vice Mayor Presmyk reconvened the Special Meeting at 6:55 p.m.

A MOTION was made by Councilmember Urie, seconded by Councilmember Skousen, to adjourn. Motion carried 6-0.

Vice Mayor Presmyk adjourned the meeting at 6:55 p.m.
